To help keep our home clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these pet guidelines: * A $100 pet fee. $50 for a 2nd pet. * Please keep pets downstairs only. * Guests are responsible for feces in the yard. * Pets are not permitted on furniture, including couches, beds, etc. * Stays with pets longer than 7 nights require an additional $150 pet deep-cleaning fee. For your convenience and flexibility, this property is equipped with a self-check-in system. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to your arrival. Also for safety, there is a ring door bell camera.

The neighborhood is filled with new single family homes as well as duplexes in an upscale residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors. You are welcome to park in the designated space directly in front of the garage of the unit or any where on the street.
